Hello lovely girls,
It's Friday again! And I will tell you about my smiles this week.
Of course the first one is a postcard:
This came to me from the USA, Tampa, Florida to be precise. A really nice collection of shells and their names. A good reminder of the summer that we have had.
The stamp is beautiful:
It takes us from summer to autumn. When I first saw this stamp, I thought it was fire works, but they are autumn colours.
So what has been happening with me here in Spain? I've had a lot of smiles and by far the biggest smile for me was the fact that I have my car back. Someone bashed into my car on a car park back in July, when my son was visiting.
Because of the holidays and fiestas it took until yesterday to get it all repaired.
I also needed a new tire.
I am ecstatic that I can move about again and this afternoon I went into town and bought a pair of trainers!
I had seen advertised on tv that these shoes I can just slip into without bending down. Just the ticket! Another big smile! And they are very comfortable. I think I'll wear them to Lisbon next week.
That is it from me. I will find some more funnies to add at the end. Next week I will be on holiday in Portugal so I will probably have a very short blogpost or none at all. I'll see...
Enjoy your week,
Keep Smiling!
Lisca

Those sure are things to smile about.
That took real long with your car...
Love the skeleton-joke! Sad there is no time-travel!
Oh, the height of books to read... same here.
Enjoy Lisbon! Happy Friday
Hi Lisca, I am not as self disciplined as you give me credit for but to be honest I am trying hard to be good. That stamp today is gorgeous, love the colours. Pleased you got your car back and nice trasiners too. Oh Lisbon, lucky you. We have only been there once but loved it. Loved the funnies and some very interesting thoughts too. Have a nice time away. Hugs angela xXx
