I agree with you about avoiding so called slimming products - real food in smaller quantities is much better! Love those funnies - someone has fun! Have a great weekend! I believe that Slimming World is the best diet but does require some organising. Some years ago I joined with a friend, not that I've ever really been particularly over weight but I'd been told it was a healthy way to eat. Both myself and my husband both lost weight on the diet and I was amazed just how much. Although we don't follow it exactly now but still make many of the meat free meals. Loving the funnies too. Oh by the way that was not my head though I can understand why you might think it could be. I put the cacti plants in the aviary over the winter as they don't like the freezing weather (I used to breed Love Birds and the aviaries are insulated so stop the plants from freezing over the winter). I'm not sure I should tell you this but I'm off to another craft show Sunday. Have a lovely weekend and happy Spain Day xXxFelix the Crafty Cathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14275183935291510409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6549829449802315358.post-11428338792396089572018-10-12T12:55:31.176+02:002018-10-12T12:55:31.176+02:00Your funnies made me smile, especially that last o...Your funnies made me smile, especially that last one.
I saw your hail storm on facebook. I am glad to say we didn't get that, but it did come as far down as Albox and Saliente alto. But we have had a fair amount of rain which had brought the land to life.
Good luck with the weight loss. I don't like the fat-free, low sugar etc foods, and I won't drink any of the light sodas with artificial sweeteners in, especially aspartame, but I am trying to be very careful about how many carbs I eat. It is really hard to avoid bread, but I have cut right down.
I too am enjoying an extra day of 'weekend'. Enjoy yours. That is a very famous bridge, but I don't remember the name of it. I'm sure you know, but Sao Paulo is the capital and the largest city in South America. It's also one of the richest. I created some altered book pages using images from there I found in a magazine.

I LOVE the funnies. Some of these are REALLY clever. Whoever runs that community center has a quirky sense of humor and likes puns, too.

Have a super Friday and a wonderful weekend. It's fun to meet people you blog with often and see what they are like in person. Happy weekend. Hugs-ErikaMy name is Erika.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04834435573574156495noreply@blogger.com
